What ingredients does Novameat use in its cuts?  

We work with fewer, natural ingredients — all recognisable, without any complex or artificial additives. Each plant-based protein cut has its own recipe, but they all share the basics: water, pea protein, sunflower oil and seaweed extract. You'll find the full list on each product page.

Are Novameat's products plant-based? 

Yes. All of our protein cuts are fully plant-based and made using only natural ingredients. 

Do Novameat products have gluten? 

No. All our cuts are gluten-free, and we don’t process gluten in our facilities. 

How are Novameat's protein cuts made?  

We combine natural ingredients with our own proprietary texturing technology – a low temperature, low pressure process, designed to preserve taste, aroma and nutrients throughout. 

Are Novameat cuts healthier than animal-based meat? 

Yes. Our products are lower in saturated fat and cholesterol while providing the exact same amounts of protein and essential nutrients.  

What is the shelf life
of the products? 

Frozen: 12 months. 
Chilled: 20 days. 
Once opened: best consumed within 4 days.
